At Ashok Chakra Nursery, we strive to ensure your greenery arrives in perfect health; however, if your plants or garden supplies are damaged during transit, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Document the Issue

    Upon delivery, inspect your plants immediately and take clear photographs of any damage or health concerns to support your return request.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our nursery team within 7 days of receipt with your order number and the photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 3.
    Approval & Packaging

    Once your request is approved, carefully repackage the non-living items in their original boxes; for live plants, follow our specific instructions to keep them hydrated during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect the returned items at our nursery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy replacement immediately.
