How do you ensure plants remain healthy during transit?
We use specialized, breathable eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture for up to 7 days. Our team selects only the healthiest specimens for dispatch to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in peak condition.
What is your policy on damaged or dead-on-arrival plants?
We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please email us a photo of the plant and the packaging at [email protected], and we will send a replacement immediately.
Do I need to repot my plant as soon as it arrives?
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before repotting. This allows the plant to acclimate to your home's light levels and humidity after the stress of shipping.
Which payment methods do you accept?
